I’m Gail Gilchrist.

Welcome to my site where you can discover my artwork, purchase a painting (or print), and even commission me to paint something especially for you.

All of my paintings are done with acrylic paints, and then covered with a UV gloss polymer varnish for protection. Plus, they all have dust covers, have hardware attached and are ready to hang.

“Forward Thrust” was a duo my husband, Kenny, and I formed. We spent over 30 years performing and recording music all over the United States. We absolutely loved living the lives of road musicians, but circumstances changed, so we decided to come off the road for awhile and concentrate on other endeavors.

Thus began my journey of exploring the other love in my life…art!
